Stage 01
Understand and quote
A free 20-minute call about what you need, or what your team does by hand. We propose a solution and send a quote. If software is not the answer, I say so.
Stage 02
Build with your feedback
I write a short spec of what we agreed, then build in phases. You review each phase on a staging site before anything goes live. Changes outside the agreed scope are re-quoted first.
Stage 03
Launch and support
Nothing ships untested, and we stay on afterwards. When it breaks, we are the ones who fix it.
